The Palacina is a small luxury hotel where the core emphasis is on making guests feel at home during their stay in Nairobi. There are 14 luxury suites of which two are penthouses. All of the suites are spacious, stylishly decorated and beautifully furnished. Each has a bedroom, living room, dressing room, en suite bathroom and balcony. It would be harder to find better facilities anywhere in Nairobi as each suite comes equipped with internet and wireless services, satellite television, DVD player, fully stocked bar, kettle, hairdryers, jacuzzi bathtubs and showers.
Food at the Palacina is excellent. The main Breakfast Room is reserved exclusively for guests and has a relaxed yet contemporary setting with an open farm-house kitchen which gets the early morning sun. Guests can eat inside the Breakfast Room or take their meal out onto the balcony and enjoy the fresh morning breeze. The second restaurant, the Moonflower Restaurant is rated among the top dining establishments in Nairobi, featuring the best of Kenyan produce in a contemporary menu.
