Overview

On a little sandy cove on the north east coast of Mauritius, Legends is a five star resort hotel with a relaxed atmosphere. It is located in Grand Gaube Bay on the north coast of Mauritius, a short drive to Grand Baie and about a ninety minute drive from the airport. The hotel looks out over the Indian Ocean to the small islands of Gunner Point and Sugar Loaf. There is an offshore coral reef which protects the cove and means that the waters are usually calm for swimming.

There are 198 rooms spaced along a curving sandy beach. All the rooms are sea facing and are a step away from the sand. Each room is spacious and stylish with cool stone floors, big beds, comfortable chairs, television, minibar and air-conditioning. There are open plan en suite bathrooms with bath and shower.

The hotel has a large swimming pool, delightful spa and excellent selection of watersports including windsurfing, sailing, snorkelling and diving. There is a choice of four restaurants serving international and Creole cuisine. The Karma House, Legend's flagship restaurant has become well known on Mauritius and attracts many local islanders due to its excellent reputation.
