The Palmwag Concession area is vastly impressive with flat topped mountains, huge yellow plains and wild river valleys. Save the Rhino Trust are monitoring a population of black rhino here, and guests at the superbly comfortable Rhino Camp are able to go out and help with their research work. Lion frequent the Agab river bed and are often heard roaring at night, mountain zebra are numerous and vultures nest in every tree top (or so it seems). The camp itself is comfortable with eight large walk-in tents, en suite bathrooms with bucket showers and plentiful amounts of food, tasting even better after a full day out.
