Bwindi Lodge is an attractive eco-friendly lodge set on a steep hillside amidst lush vegetation just outside the border of Bwindi Forest. There are 8 large, comfortable bandas, each with a private terrace with fantastic views across the valley to the forest on the opposite hill. The rooms all have an en suite bathroom with bucket showers and long-drop toilets, spacious bedrooms and lots of windows to enjoy the beautiful views. The restaurant and bar is on a raised wooden deck with a large terrace looking over the forest and steps lead down to a lovely river walk along the bottom of the valley.
