The Belle Mare Plage has a superb situation along a stunning beach on the east coast of Mauritius.

The long crescent of white sand is protected by an offshore coral reef and the waters are calm and warm.

The hotel's 236 rooms are set in two storey houses around lush tropical gardens, each with its own private balcony or terrace giving onto the gardens or beach and tastefully furnished in warm colours. They have every facility including air-conditioning, television, minibar and separate sitting area and large en-suite bathrooms.

Belle Mare Plage has superb sporting facilities. There are two championship 18 hole golf courses, 5 swimming pools, floodlit tennis courts and profusion of watersports including water skiing, windsurfing, laser sailing and snorkelling

 After a day of activities the hotel has a handful of excellent restaurants serving exquisite Creole and international cuisine.
