Set on the slopes of Table Mountain in the suburb of Oranjezicht Acorn House is a great value option for Cape Town.

It is a peaceful haven from the bustle of the city where you can relax in the lounge or by the pool on the loungers. Each of the rooms have their own personality and are named after the previous owners of this character 100 year old house.

The nine rooms are furnished in keeping with the pedigree of the house and offer comfortable beds and well appointed bathrooms with televisions, telephone, hairdryer and wifi.

In the main hall you help yourself to tea and a Nespresso machine on an honesty basis just one of the small touches that make you feel at home.
