One of the nicest options in central Arusha, the Arusha Coffee Lodge has 30 stylish rooms surrounded by young coffee plants. While not particularly beautiful from the outside, the interior of the rooms are smart and comfortable, decorated with rich red rugs, a chandelier light fitting and dark wooden floors.
The rooms all have four poster beds and en suite bathrooms complete with bath tub and coffee scented toiletries. Each room has its own sitting area with a sofa inside, and a verandah outside. A fire is often burning in the huge fireplace of the main lodge or in your room upon request, and on warmer days it is always possible to take a dip in the pool outside.
There are three dining areas and if the weather's nice you can eat outside whatever the time of day! Currently the restaurants and pool are open to non-residents of the lodge so they can be busy at times. However a private restaurant for the lodge residents is planned for the future.
