Maia's 30 villas are differentiated only by their location and therefore their unique views. All the villas feature a spacious gazebo area with thatched roof, an adjacent bar and an oversized day-bed and are 250m2 in size.
The luxurious villa bedrooms are adorned with exotic wood and fronted with large private swimming pools, while bathroom suites feature walled garden showers, double basin and an outdoor bath. Facilities include plasma television, DVD player, i-Pod, air-conditioning, ceiling fan, fridge, mini-bar, ice machine, La Prairie body products and refreshment facilities. All villas have a private butler service.
The ocean view villas are situated on the slopes of the hill and have an unobstructed view of the ocean. They are located a short distance from the dining room.
Ocean panoramic villas are positioned high upon the hillcrest, and have 180° panoramic views of the ocean and tropical vegetation surrounding them.
Ocean front villas are situated on the beach and are in close proximity to the spa and dining room. These are the only villas that are suitable for children.
The signature villas are carefully situated throughout the resort and reflect the Maia concept in its purest form: offering spectacular views of the ocean, and attention to every luxurious detail.
