Day 1London
You will fly from London to Mahe overnight via Dubai.
On arrival in Mahe you will board another flight over to Praslin. Here you will be met driven to your hotel for the next four nights. L`Archipel is a beautiful property set up on a hillside at the end of a long sandy beach. There is a pool (with large frangipani tree beside it), an excellent restaurant and the rooms are very comfortable.
You can choose between many activities on Praslin. The hotel will help you arrange snorkelling trips to nearby reefs. Whilst the coral is bleached on the Seychelles the fish life is superb. Snorkelling in the Seychelles myself I`ve seen literally hundreds of fish and a large number of turtles.
You will no doubt wish just to relax some days. L`Archipel is well suited to this with an excellent beach, shady pool and very attentive staff.
A further suggestion for your time at L`Archipel is to take a snorkel trip to Cocos Island. The snorkelling here is excellent. Do put on a lot of sun cream however as the sun can be extremely strong in the Seychelles.
This morning you will be driven to the airport for your flight back to Mahe and then on to Bird Island. On arrival on this beautiful little island you will be taken to the lodge where you can relax for the afternoon.
Bird island is very much a nature paradise, you can enjoy walks on the islands, enjoy the beaches, snorkelling is a must with protected reefs and brilliant snorkelling, if you are bird lover, you will love it and of course you will find giant tortoises.
Day at leisure doing as much or as little as you like.
You will be taken to the airstrip in time for your flight aircraft flight to Mahe where you will be met and driven to Fisherman's Cove for your last few nights.
Day 10Mahe
There is plenty to do on Mahe such as visiting the capital Victoria to learn a little more about the history of the islands or take a drive out to nearby beaches and stop for lunch in a local restaurant.
Day 11Mahe
I'm sure you will want to spend your last full day soaking up the Indian Ocean sunshine so feel free to relax with a good book by the pool.
Day 12Mahe - Dubai
Today you will have an early morning transfer to Mahe Airport. You will catch a flight from Mahe to London via Dubai, arriving London in the early evening.
