Atherton Tablelands, Queensland & the Great Barrier Reef

Rose Gums Wilderness Retreat is set on 230 acres of private rain forest and rare wet Schlerophyll forest, offering an idyllic base to explore the beautiful Tablelands.

The luxury self contained tree houses are nestled in their own forest and offer total privacy with each tree house featuring a large spa in a private bathroom, cosy wood fireplace, fully self contained kitchen, washing facilities and private veranda.

Nature is abundant here with many nature trails and picturesque waterfalls and the opportunity to discover platypus in rain forest streams. Bird watching is also a speciality here with over 150 species recorded and a guide is always on hand.

Evening meals are available at Rose Gums although these require booking in advance which we will be happy to organise for you.
