After an early morning cup of tea or coffee your pilot will give you a short briefing before you are taken to the launch site. You can get involved with setting up the balloon or stand back and take pictures. Then drift silently over this beautiful region of Victoria for approximately one hour.
When you have landed, you can head off to the Fergusson Winery for a glass of Chandon whilst enjoying a hearty country breakfast.
