Next you will be taken to a vanilla plantation, where the farming and uses of this fragrant spice will be explained to you.

This full day tour will give you a chance to truly discover Taha'a. Travelling by four wheel drive vehicle you visit a black pearl farm, one of the major industries of the Island - you will have the opportunity to purchase some of these rare and beautiful pearls if you wish.

Next you will be taken to a vanilla plantation, where the farming and uses of this fragrant spice will be explained to you. Travelling inland, admire the panoramic views from the Vai Toetoe viewpoint, and enjoy some local fruits.

Along the way your guide will talk about life on the Island, as well as Polynesian legends and customs.

At lunch time you will travel by boat to one of the motus for a traditional Tahitian meal, and the tour will end with time to snorkel in the beautiful coral garden.
