One of the last wilderness areas on Earth, Alaska is one of the few places where entire ecosystems are still intact and ancient migratory routes uninterrupted. The sheer scale of the landscape is rarely equalled anywhere in the world and it is this combined with the incredible wildlife that continue to attract visitors: moose, caribou, Dall sheep, wolves, bald eagles, whales, grizzly bears and even polar bears, can be seen.
