As the name suggests its tone is one of being sustainable with nature wherever possible. Its 24 bedrooms are spacious and comfortable with the decor based upon earthy colours and crisp whites which complement the environment.
There is a lovely pool, open air bar and restaurant which serves delicious local organic food (no red meat). There is also a small cafe-style bar providing vegetarian tapas, freshly squeezed juices and mouth-watering combinations of smoothie.
