Isla Boca Chica is tucked away in the Gulf of Chiriqui on the Pacific coast of western Panama. Explore the island of Bastimentos

Meet the Kuna in the idyllic San Blas Islands

These 400 islands and a 220 kilometre stretch of coast are home to the Kuna people who still enjoy a traditional way of life in a largely unspoilt environment.
