Day 1London - Havana

Fly from London to Havana where you will be met by your private guide and transfer into the historic city centre by classic American car.

Day 2Havana

A morning visit to one of the city's cigar factories to learn more about Cuba's most famous export. Then explore the historic centre of Havana ending with lunch.

Day 3Havana

A day at leisure in Havana to further explore the city

Day 4Havana - Trinidad

Travel down to Trinidad on the Caribbean coast of Cuba, visiting Santa Clara en route to see the famous monument to Che Guevara.

Day 5Trinidad

Enjoy a morning walking tour of Trinidad's compact colonial centre with your guide, and an afternoon at leisure.

Day 6Trinidad - Havana - San Jose

Travel back to Havana today for the flight over to San Jose in Costa Rica where you will be transferred to your hotel.

Day 7San Jose - Arenal Volcano

Journey through the central valley of Costa Rica to the Arenal Volcano.

Day 8Arenal Volcano

This afternoon visit the Arenal Volcano National Park and the Eco Termales hot springs for a relaxing dip and typical Costa Rican dinner.

Day 9Arenal Volcano

A full day excursion to the Cano Negro Wildlife Refuge to spot wetland birds and wildlife.

Day 10Arenal Volcano - Monteverde Cloud Forest

Travel to Monteverde Cloudforest to the south of Arenal, travelling across Lake Arenal.

Day 11Monteverde Cloud Forest

Free time to explore the Natural Reserve close to your hotel. Additional excursions can be arranged for today.

Day 12Monteverde Cloud Forest - Tambor

Travel across to the Nicoya Peninsula this morning and to your beach hotel here for some well earned rest and relaxation at the end of the trip.
