Cayo Santa Maria is the largest and most northerly caye in the Cayos de la Herradura archipelago off the north coast of central Cuba.
It is more developed than the other cayes in the area and the main resorts are set along the islets beautiful north coast which has a long stretch of powder white sand lapped by warm deep blue water.
Cayo Santa Maria is still pristine and beautiful with a good selection of well run, modern resorts.
