Day 1London - Amsterdam - Panama City
Fly to Amsterdam where you connect onto your direct flight to Panama City with KLM. On arrival you will be met and transferred directly to your hotel.
Today you will explore Panama City, taking in the colossal Miraflores Locks at the Panama Canal, the remains of the original capital Panama Viejo which was sacked by Henry Morgan in the 1600's and the beautiful colonial quarter of Casco Antiguo.
Today enjoy a partial transit of the Panama Canal, travelling from the Pacific through the Miraflores and Pedro Miguel Locks to Gatun Lake, the canals watershed. This involves shared transfers from the boat to your hotel and back at the end of the cruise, so expect other pick up's and drop off's.
Travel with your guide to the Chagres National Park by road and river where you will have an opportunity to learn about the culture, traditions and history of the Embera Indians. After the trip you will return to the capital.
A long drive along the Pan American Highway to Pedasi and Playa Venado on the Azuero Peninsula in central Panama.

Today you will be transferred to Panama City, a long drive along the Pacific coast.
After the day at leisure in Panama City you will be transferred back to the airport in time to check in for your onward flight.

Arrive back in London.
