International Yoga Festival in India: 05-03-2008
Yoga fans travelling to India this March will be able to visit the International Yoga Festival at the Parmath Niketan Ashram in
Rishikesh.
All major types of yoga are celebrated at the festival, which attracts many of the masters from all over the world to demonstrate and explore the different yoga styles and traditions.
Visitors can also take a trip to some of the yoga schools in the area, and there are many places for exponents of all standards to further their knowledge or get to grips with the basics.
Meditation and philosophy are also important in the event, with classes often led by Sri Ved Niketan Ashram.
