Night safaris start in Ranthambhore: 24-07-2008
The forestry department in Ranthambhore National Park in Rajasthan have recently launched evening safaris in the buffer zone of the park.
Jeep safaris take place between 7.30-9.30pm or 9.30-11.00pm and spotlights are used for tracking.
Sher Bagh offers customised excursions with its own jeeps and experienced drivers, adding another dimension to the wildlife experience at Ranthambhore.
Ranthambhore remains one of the best places to view tigers in the wild and on game drives you can also frequently see deer, monkeys, and colourful birdlife.
