Attending an International School in Vienna as a child stimulated Beatrice's interest in the wider world from an early age, so during and after university she took a couple of extended trips, during which she discovered a fascination for the Indian Subcontinent. After training as an accountant, Beatrice made a career change and joined Audley Travel. With Audley, she has explored Rajasthan and Northern India, as well as the magical mountain states of Nepal and Bhutan. Here she has walked in the shadow of Everest and Annapurna, visited rural villages in the Kathmandu Valley, ridden elephants and searched for tigers in Chitwan National Park and witnessed typical Bhutanese celebrations on Bhutan National Day. In her spare time, Beatrice enjoys mountain biking, road biking, skiing, and most other outdoor activities.
Camilla's interest in India began during her degree in printed textiles design. When the opportunity to work for a company producing traditional block-printed fabrics arose, she jumped at the chance, and spent two months living near Jaipur and working in villages with the local printers. Time spent travelling around Rajasthan and Calcutta experiencing local life, exploring painted palaces and being tempted by incredible fabrics cemented a love of all things Indian. Since joining Audley, Camilla has returned to Rajasthan to explore the major cities, off the beaten track destinations, the ghats of Varanasi and recently the high country in the foothills of the Himalaya. She continues her interest in textiles and art out of the office, spending her free time visiting galleries and producing her own work, as well as fitting in some tennis when the sun shines.

Tales of her grandparents' intrepid journeys across India inspired Rebecca to follow in their footsteps. From her first visit - teaching in a remote village - she was hooked and soon returned, this time to the frenetic city of Calcutta where she worked as a journalist for an Indian newspaper. This experience was followed by a Masters in South Asian Studies, thereby cementing her obsession with India! Since joining Audley, Rebecca has returned to India following extensive tours that allow her to specialise in Rajasthan and Southern India. She has experienced the multitude of activities that India offers, from beaches and tea plantations to wildlife treks and religious sites. Rebecca has recently visited Sri Lanka where she enjoyed the fabulous diversity of this beautiful island. When not travelling, Rebecca enjoys dance, reading, and planning her future trips!
Upon completion of his university degree at Bristol, Roger travelled extensively throughout Asia, Africa and Europe in his role as a tour leader for a UK adventure-travel company where he indulged his passion for mountains.
