Rajasthan and The North,

Built in 1931 as part of Lutyens’ New Delhi, The Imperial has recently been carefully renovated and retains its character and charm. Centrally located and within walking distance of Connaught Circus, one of the city’s main commercial areas, the large, manicured gardens provide a calm oasis. After a day’s exploring, tea on the terrace followed by drinks at the Patialla Peg bar provide a welcome refresher. Dinner in the 1911 restaurant or the Spice Route, a restaurant serving an array of South East Asian cuisine amongst temple pillars, complete the experience. The bedrooms are traditionally furnished appropriate to the period of the hotel and it is an excellent base in the city.
