This is the first wildlife resort in the country and the lodge is well known for the quality and originality of its construction. The 28 rooms are equipped with solar heating for hot water, and all modern amenities are supplied. Meals are taken in the central restaurant often followed by ethnic music and dance, or enthusing talks by resident naturalists.
A host of excursions are included in your stay such as safaris on elephant back, on foot, by boat, horse and jeep. All activities are accompanied by one of the resident and very experienced naturalists. Tiger Tops also has a tented camp for more of a wilderness experience. The accommodation at the tented camp is simple with kerosene lamps provided at night (no electricity) and there are wonderful views over the grassland.
