Fort Rawla
Narlai, Rajasthan & the North
Between Jodhpur and Udaipur, this 17th century fort has been carefully renovated in traditional style and is now a small boutique hotel.
The rooms are individually decorated and surround an inner courtyard, while the hotel itself has a stupendous 100 metre high single rock granite hill towering over it. The granite is dotted with caves and temples and the chants of the devout waft down from on high.
Fort Rawla is a wonderful base to explore rural Rajasthan and enjoy friendly hospitality.
