Tashinga, Nepal
Tashinga is a tiny collection of stone houses, most of which are now uninhabited.
It is just off the main trail to Everest, and is a very peaceful place.
Go shopping for some fantastic souvenirs at Mahaguthi in Kathmandu - an ethical craft shop which helps people from remote and mountainous parts of Nepal sell their traditional handicrafts.
