On arrival in Marrakesh you will pass through customs and be greeted for the transfer to your riad.
A full day guided tour of the main sights of Marrakesh. You may like to end your excursion with a relaxing drink in one of the cafes surrounding the vibrant main square.
Your journey today takes you over the High Atlas Mountains. Part of it is by 4x4, allowing you to visit the Kasbah Telouet en route to Skoura, where you'll stay for two nights.
An excursion of the nearby Kasbahs and palmeries, or out to the Todra Gorge, can be arranged directly with your hotel.
A scenic journey west, skirting the mountains and passing some rolling agricultural scenery to Taroudant, where you spend the next two nights.
This morning you might want to visit the village of Tioute, moving on to explore the medina, souks and ramparts of Taroudant in the afternoon.
Today you continue west on to the Atlantic coast, for three nights in the charming fishing port of Essaouira.
Enjoy the slow pace of life in Essaouira. You can take a stroll along the sandy beach, browse the craftwork in the medina and watch the sun set over the Atlantic from the impressive Portuguese ramparts.
At lunch time you can view the catch of the day in the port and watch while your choice of fish is cooked for you on one of the outdoor grills.
After breakfast you return inland, taking to the stunning foothills of the High Atlas Mountains, where you'll stay for two nights.
You may like to organise a trek directly with your hotel or relax and enjoy the magnificent scenery of the area.
You have an early morning transfer to Marrakesh airport for your return flight, arriving back in the UK on the same day.
