Three Camel Lodge represents the finest accommodation available in the Gobi region, and has one of the best reputations of any establishment in Mongolia. Set at the base of a striking rock outcropping, the camp looks out over a vast plain that recedes as far as the eye can see. The camp is run with a view to comfort and western-style conveniences - meals are served in a ger restaurant, whilst the Thirsty Camel Bar welcomes those in search of a refreshing drink. The camp's thirty ger tents are well laid out, with good interiors and comfortable beds, and paved walkways leading to a spacious shared shower and toilet facility. The main lodge, with verandah overlooking the desert steppe, is the perfect place to sit and watch the sun set over the desert.
