Today fly overnight from London Heathrow to Beijing.
On arrival in Beijing today you will be met and transferred to your accommodation. The rest of the day is at leisure to relax and recover from your flight.
This morning visit the charming Temple of Heaven complex, before having the afternoon to yourselves to explore the iconic Forbidden City and Tiananmen Square.
Take a full day excursion out to the magnificent Great Wall at its most dramatic - the less touristy Jinshanling section.
This morning you are at leisure to explore Beijing by yourself. Later step back in time with a cycle rickshaw ride through Beijing`s traditional hutongs.
This morning your will be taken to the airport for your flight to Xian. On arrival you will be met and transferred to your hotel.
Today you'll be taken to explore the city's famous Ancient Walls which encircle the central area.

Leave the city today to see one of the highlights of any trip to China - the Terracotta Warriors. After time at the complex, transfer to the airport for your flight onto Chongqing, the start of your Yangtze cruise.
Day two of the cruise - you'll stop off at the ghost city of Fengdu, as well as other points of interest.
Today is scenically the most spectacular part of the trip, as you enter through a series of dramatic gorges.
This morning you arrive into Yichang, where you will be taken to see the Three Gorges dam project. Following this you'll be transferred to the airport for your flight to the cosmopolitan city of Shanghai. On arrival you will be greeted and transferred to your hotel.
Shanghai is a great city to explore on foot, using the sightseeing suggestions provided in your final itinerary pack.
A last day at leisure in Shanghai.
After a morning at leisure, you'll return to the airport to fly onto Guilin. There you'll be met and taken to your hotel.
Take a leisurely boat trip down the beautiful River Li this morning, marvelling at the picture postcard limestone karst scenery. On arrival transfer to your hotel and have the rest of the day at leisure.
A further day to perhaps explore the countryside around Yangshuo.
Today you'll be driven onto the picturesque village of Longji.
Spend time walking amongst the area's famous rice terraces, before returning to the airport for your evening flight to Hong Kong. There transfer to your international flight back to the UK.
