Fujioto Ryokan

A traditional inn, in the heart of Tsumago, that has been owned by the Fujihara family for many generations.

The rooms are simple and toilet and bath facilities are shared but the inn is bright and spacious and the service excellent.

Delicious local cuisine is served and English is spoken.

The most striking feature of Fujioto is the fantastic Japanese Garden and the lovely view of the cherry blossom from the restaurant in springtime.
