The Hyatt Regency and Spa Resort is located in the rolling hills of the Gora area of the Hakone National Park.

Rooms are generously proportioned by local standards (the basic room size is 56 square metres), and are extremely well-equipped with all the modern amenities you would expect from this 5 star hotel chain.

The hotel is modelled on an alpine chalet theme and there is a large log fire in the lounge and warm coloured décor to make you feel welcome as soon as you walk through the door.

As Hakone is situated in a thermally active area, the Hyatt Regency is primarily a spa resort, and has a large luxurious spa with eight private treatment rooms staffed with professional therapists who offer amazing personal treatments with exclusive products if you feel like treating yourself!

There is also an onsen (hot spring bath) that is free to use for all guests. Gora station is a short taxi ride away with excellent access to the rest of the national park.
