Khustai National Park is set in the rolling Khustai hills and is a rich region of natural diversity just a two hour drive from Ulaan Baatar.
The park is home to birds, wolves, antelope and most importantly, the last surviving populations of Prejewalski's Horse, or the 'Takhii', the last truly wild horse species. An early morning walk or drive will take you out to see these creatures.
