A new eight floor, 75 room hotel situated in the Monserrat area of Buenos Aires, 100 metres from Avenida 9 de Julio and the metro, a short taxi ride from San Telmo and Puerto Madero districts, and only two blocks walk to the famous Obelisk.

The hotel is trendy in style but aims to offer a very comfortable stay in a relaxed atmosphere. There is a restaurant-bar "Las Paces" on the ground floor which offers sushi from Wed-Sat nights and an outdoor seating area. The hotel also offers a large indoor heated pool and outdoor roof terrace, perfect for sunning yourself after a hard day sightseeing or taking a cocktail from the bar.

Art books are for sale in the lobby and evening live jazz or art is on offer in the bar during the week. Rooms offer great amenities - kingsize beds (or single twins), LCD TV, air conditioning, wifi, safe and some useful extras - complimentary coffee and water on arrival, kettle, microwave, fridge and cutlery, room service.

Smoking rooms are on separate floors to non-smoking. A small gym and spa offers complimentary weights, a running machine, a multi jet 'Scottish' shower and separate male and female sauna and steam room, with treatments on offer at extra cost.
