Day 2Buenos Aires - Salta

Arrive in Argentina and connect with your flight to Salta. Afternoon at leisure.

Day 3Salta

Day at leisure to explore the beautiful city of Salta or organise excursions into the surrounding countryside.

Day 4Salta - Purmamarca

Travel by road or train through stunning Andean scenery to the town of Purmamarca visiting San Antonio de los Cobres and Salinas Grandes on the way

Day 5Purmamarca - Salta

Visit the stunning Humahuaca gorge and return by road to Salta.

Day 6Salta - Cachi

Head southwest of Salta by road, through scenery that ranges from deep valleys, jungle and open desert savannah, to the tiny town of Cachi.

Day 7Cachi - Cafayate

Continue along the famous Ruta 40 into the northern reaches of the wine-producing area around Cafayate.

Day 8Cafayate - Salta

Morning at leisure followed by a leisurely road trip back to Salta.

Day 9Salta - Buenos Aires

Transfer to the airport for your flights to Buenos Aires. You will be met and taken to your hotel.
