Day 1London - Madrid - Quito

Fly from London to Quito with a change of planes in Madrid. Upon arrival you will be met and taken to your hotel.

Day 2Quito

Free day to explore highlights of Quito, a UNESCO world heritage site.

Day 3Quito - Otavalo - Hosteria Pantavi

Travel north along the stunning Panamerica highway through pretty villages to your remote hosteria in northern ecuador.

Day 4Hosteria Pantavi

Full day exploring one of the lesser visited regions of Ecuador. There are fine walking and mountain biking opportunities as well as thermal springs or local train ride.

Day 5Hosteria Pantavi - Quito - Cuenca

An early start to travel to the colourful market at Otavalo. You will have time to barter for goods before travelling back to Quito and catching your flight to the southern city of Cuenca.

Day 6Cuenca

Free day in Cuenca to explore this beautiful world heritage site or visit a Panama hat factory.

Day 7Cuenca - Loja

Transfer by road through the stunning Saraguro region to the southern city of Loja.

Day 8Loja

Full day excursion in the region including the towns of Vilcabamba and Malacatos.

Day 9Loja - Guayaquil

Transfer to the airport and fly from Loja to Guayaquil. Arrival transfer to your hotel.

Day 10Guayaquil - Galapagos Islands

Transfer to the airport in time for your flight to the Galapagos islands. Here you will be met and taken to your awaiting vessel. Afternoon excursions on the islands.
