The Galapagos Islands
Sailing on a small boat (8-20 passengers) has a romantic image, and this is the most common type of vessel operating in the islands.
Being on a small boat means you are away from big tour groups, and can enjoy a more personal relationship with other guests and crew. It also means that you can disembark quickly for excursions and there are fewer people on each outing.
The less expensive of the small boats may not cover as much sailing distance as the pricier ones or the larger boats, meaning your cruise may not visit as many islands.
