Tucked away at the northern tip of Sabah, the little-visited Kudat Peninsula is home to many of Sabah’s last remaining Rungus tribes and the perfect place to experience a homestay in a traditional longhouse.
Conditions are basic, but the welcome is friendly and the home-cooked food excellent.
Whilst in the area, you will have the opportunity to visit some of the nearby villages, renowned for their handicrafts, and we will always try to time your visit to coincide with the bustling Sunday market at Kota Belud.
