Experience Bali staying in two different beach areas and the cultural hill town of Ubud.
This trip showcases why people have been visiting Bali for so many years. Start in southern Bali where there are a wealth of different beaches to choose from - Seminyak where you can try your hand at surfing and body boarding in the gentle waves; Jimbaran Bay's calm waters and azure blue water; Sanur with it's coral reef protecting the white sand beach lined with restaurants; and the Bukit peninsula on Bali's southern tip where international surfers showcase their skills on the big waves rolling in over coral reefs. Southern Bali also boasts the best concentration of restaurants in Bali and the up and coming dining scene is winning people over from around the world with the mix of local traditional dishes such as nasi goreng and the famous 'baby suckling pig' to international French and Japanese restaurants. Many boast some of the best sunset views imagineable and it is as easy just to grab some cheap hawker food and find a place on the beach to enjoy this. Ubud is the arts capitol of Southeast Asia and has been attracting genrations of painters, writers and sculptors. Temples are dotted around the town and the verdant green paddy fields make you feel like you couldn't be anywhere else. Finally, finish with a stay right on the beach in one of our favourite properties where you can relax in the sunshine and just soak up the Bali life.
