Bali Barat National Park covers an area of 50,000 hectares as well as 7,000 hectares of coral reef and coastal waters.

You can see more than 200 species of plants as well as black monkeys, leaf monkeys, macaques and mouse deer. There were once tigers but the last confirmed sighting was in 1937, and this one was shot.
The park includes the famous diving area of Menjangan Island, while it is also possible to go trekking, although you will need a guide if you decide to do this.
