The Tanjung Rhu is one of the most exclusive and luxurious places to stay on Langkawi.

Situated on a mile long stretch of white sand beach with limestone karsts punctuating the horizon of the Andaman Sea, this is the ideal hideaway to relax and enjoy your surroundings.

The resort has three large and beautifully landscaped swimming pools, a fully equipped gym and spa as well as non-motorised water sports. The restaurants include fine dining, Mediterranean and Asian cuisine.

The lead in category of the 136 rooms are called Damai, these are spacious with king-size double beds, open plan bathrooms with rain showers and double vanity units. These rooms have a garden courtyard view and are 50 square metres in size.

All other rooms are done in the same style - Cahaya rooms are slightly largely and have garden views; Bayu Suria rooms are larger at 80 square metres and have pool or garden views while the Bayu Senja rooms are identical but face the sea; Anjung Suria rooms are the largest at 100 square metres and face the hills or garden while the Anjung Senja rooms are identical but are sea facing. Every room has a CD player, wi-fi, coffee maker, mini bar, flat screen TV and a balcony.
