Accommodation in Malaysia: Tanjung Rhu Resort

A luxurious, secluded hotel offering excellent facilities and service on arguably Langkawi's most beautiful beach.

Rooms

The Tanjung Rhu has 136 rooms, divided into five categories. Each room is spacious, with timber floors and large windows, to take advantage of the lovely tropical breeze. There is a choice of garden, pool or sea view. The rooms are simply but elegantly decorated with an Asian-Eastern influence, complemented with upholstery and drapes in soft Thai silk and pure Indian cotton fabrics.

All rooms are equipped with LCD TV, DVD and compact disc player, private bar with coffee machine and oversized bath with separate shower.

Damai

Damai suites are 50 metres squared and offer Garden Courtyard views. This is the lead in category but nevertheless is a sizeable and attractive room. They have a sitting area and a spacious open bathroom.

Cahaya

Cahaya suites are 60 metres squared, offer Garden views and have the same facilities as Damai rooms. Being slightly larger the rooms are light and airy, with the extra space allowing for an extra bed or baby cot.

Bayu Suria

Bayu Suria suites are 80 metres squared and offer Pool or Garden views. This includes a separate sitting lounge with sliding doors and two balconies.

Bayu Senja

The Bayu Senja suites are also 80 metres squared offering the same furnishings as the Suria with the added benefit of a Sea view.

Anjung

This 100 metres squared room is the largest suite the Tanjung Rhu has to offer. Guests have the option to choose from sea, pool or garden view with the additional luxury of an in-room Jacuzzi. The room features a bedroom-living area, an extra lounge with a plasma TV and an extensive bathroom with twin marble vanities. The suite is fully equipped with dataport facilities.
