The city of Malacca was central in the old spice trade and Dutch, Portuguese, Chinese and English colonial influence can be found all around. The lively city of KL showcases some of Southeast Asia's best food and shopping, as well as some main sights such as the KL Tower and Twin Towers. Taman Negara is thought to be the world's oldest rainforest and the river journey in showcases the vast size of this stunning rainforest. Finally the trip ends beside the blue waters and white sand beaches of Langkawi.
