Accommodation in The Philippines: Discovery Shores

The most luxurious resort on the island, Discovery Shores has thought of every luxury to make your stay as perfect as it possibly can be.

Food & Drink

Sands Restaurant is essentially an al fresco dining space serving an extensive buffet breakfast for all guests every morning in a modern setting with views straight out onto the beach. It also serves snacks and light meals throughout the day with an elegant, modern bistro style. Dishes are slightly more international in their heritage but often with an Asian twist.

Evenings can see extensive, sumptuous buffets sometime with regional themes.

Although the restaurant is not too formal, for guests looking for a more relaxed space in which to enjoy their food, orders can be served in the less formal bar area that also offers some television entertainment and cool sea breezes. There is also 24-hour in-room dining.

The Sandbar beach bar, is arguably one of the nicest places on White Beach to relax and enjoy a drink at any time of day and particularly around sunset. Set under a large steel and glass structured roof, the bar fronts onto the gorgeous stretch of beach that sits in front of the resort. Guests can enjoy a drink sat on the stools at the bar or reclining on the sun loungers found on the beach. The bar is well stocked and offers a particularly extensive range of cocktails, some recipes created by the well trained bar staff employed by the resort.

With the rooms so well fitted with modern facilities and White Beach being inundated with an extensive range of bars, restaurants, cafes, night clubs and shopping, there is usually something to keep guests busy within walking distance of the resort.
