    There are more than 100 cultural minority groups in the Philippines, and around half of these have unique linguistic cultures. The most well known are the Ifugao, and their culture is alive and well around the rice terraces of Banaue.

    Most of the Philippine islands feature volcanic mountains, several of which have been increasingly active since the 1980s. The most accessible are Mount Pinatubo which last erupted in 1991 and Taal volcano one crater of which erupted in 1977.

The resort has 51 rooms consisting of Forest rooms and Suites, Beach front and Water cottages. All the rooms have floors and furnishings made of wood creating a Filipino feel. All are air conditioned and have mini bar, CD player, IDD phone and hair dryer.

The resort has a fabulous pool with views out over the ocean with a near by pool bar. The Clubhouse restaurant has both an inside air conditioned dining area and an alfresco area on the terrace. The resort also has a small boutique for those items you may have forgotten, a library and a games area.

The resort has a host of activities including snorkelling, kayaking, island hopping trips and more. You also have your own personal activities planner to help you plan your days to make the most of this marine paradise.

Please note that access to El Nido is from Manila via chartered flights. The regular aircraft used is a 19-seater Dornier with a flight time of approximately 75 minutes. Luggage allowance is 10 kilograms per person, including hand carry items. Loading of excess luggage is subject to space availability and aircraft load capacity.
