    From the UNESCO site of Halong Bay with its thousands of limestone outcrops to the Tonkinese Alps and lush green rice terraces of Sapa, Vietnam offers an abundance of stunning scenery and landscapes. Lao Cai

This train previously operated by the Victoria group provides soft sleeper berths for your overnight journey to and from Lao Cai. This train does have basic air conditioning and heating for the varying weather conditions as the train winds from the city of Hanoi up to the Tonkinese Alps and back.

There are simple washroom facilities and Vietnamese and Western style toilets on board. Breakfast in Hanoi and early check-in at your hotel are not included unless you have specifically requested it.
