The resort offers four restaurants catering for various tastes, the hotel chef is French and is an expert in preparing international cuisine as well as traditional Vietnamese options.
The main restaurant is called L'Oceane and overlooks the sea. It's a perfect place to sample the local seafood whilst watching the sunset sitting on the outside terrace. More informal lunch options and poolside dining can be found in two other restaurants. La Paillotte is located next to the free form swimming pool and offers an extensive choice of bar snacks and light options including salads and a cocktail menu. Next to the newly built infinity pool is the Infinity Pool Restaurant which is occasionally used for seafood barbeques and gala dinners and has panoramic views over the coastline.
Beach front dining is available in the form of the tea bar which offers more of a private and secluded option again serving lighter dishes and cocktails.
