About our charity work

As part of our commitment to responsible tourism, in early 2005 we formed the ‘Audley Charity Portfolio’, which originally comprised five organisations we chose to actively support.

This has now evolved into an initiative where we have selected charities which involve countries across our range of programmes.

These charities are intended to help a wide variety of causes from wildlife, human rights issues and education, through to the environment and conservation.

Raincoast

British Columbia is home to the planet's last large expanse of coastal temperate rainforest. It is one of the earth's most diverse ecosystems, providing habitat for endangered and threatened species including salmon, wolves, eagles, and grizzly and Kermode bears.

Raincoast is a team of scientists and conservationists dedicated to furthering the protection of the marine and terrestrial ecosystems throughout this region. They have multiple on-going primary research projects on British Columbia’s central and northern coasts

Over the past decade, Raincoast has established a niche in the conservation community.
