Since Audley's first ever charity trek in 2007 to the top of Jebel Toubkal in Morocco (4,167m), we have endeavoured to offer our clients the opportunity to partake in similar events as a way of providing fundraising for our selected charities, as well as offering challenging trips in the company of other like-minded individuals.

2010 charity trek to Mount Jebel Toubkal, Morocco

2010 charity trek up Mount Jebel Toubkal, MoroccoIn May 2010 nine Audley clients, one specialist and one tour leader travelled to Morocco to embark on a five-day trek for charity.

Well done to all those who took part which will go to two different charities: the Hannan School, a charity that we already work with in Morocco to bring education and support to a remote Berber village, and Orbis, an international sight charity.

We will add here the total amount raised as soon as all the money has been collected.

2008 charity trek to Petra, Jordan

Charity trek to Petra, JordanIn October 2008 we ran a charity trek to Petra in Jordan raising money for the Al Hussein Society in Jordan and Friends of Conservation, a conservation charity that we work with on different projects around the world.

In total we raised £7,890 which was divided between these two charities.

2007 charity trek to Mount Jebel Toubkal, Morocco

Charity trek to Mount Toubkal, MoroccoThis was the first charity trek to Jebel Toubkal in Morocco and set the precedent for the treks that have come after it.

The money raised from this initial trek was split between all of the charities in our charity portfolio at the time, with a large amount being donated to Friends of Conservation, a bio-gas project in Kenya, which is still underway.
