Botswana is not the most child-friendly country in Africa and many of the lodges are unsuited for children.
Teenagers will love the wilderness, and probably the luxurious nature of the camps but families with younger children need to select their camps carefully.
There are some camps that actively welcome children and have special safari activities for them.
