All our specialists have spent several months in the countries they cover. From the time you contact us with your travel aims an individual specialist will work with you to put together an itinerary that will bring together all the aspects that you want from your trip.

Because our Specialists regularly travel to the regions you will be visiting, they can offer invaluable advice and suggestions for things to see and do while you are there and you can be confident that your unique itinerary has been created by someone who has extensive first-hand knowledge of the places and accommodation it contains. All our destinations are thoroughly researched as we want to make sure your trip lives up to your expectations and the only way to do that is by visiting each destination regularly. It is very rare that your specialist will not have travelled to the exact hotel or lodge where you plan to stay, but if this does happen they will be more than happy to let you speak to someone who has.
Your tailor-made itinerary
At Audley, tailor-made travel means exactly that. After an initial discussion with you, one of our Specialists will create a unique itinerary for your trip, complete with background information, historical notes, colour pictures, etc. We are of course delighted to fine tune the plan if you think it could be improved in any way, and we will not begin to book your trip until you are completely satisfied with it. Your trip will be dealt with by the same Specialist throughout the booking process, and you are welcome to call him or her at any time.

Once you have read through the itinerary we will answer any further questions and refine the tour until you are totally satisfied.
Making the booking
The booking process begins when we receive your deposit and booking form, at which point we can start to confirm the accommodation and services for your trip. One Specialist will handle your travel arrangements from start to finish and you are welcome to call him or her at any time.
Reassurance
You can book with us confident in the knowledge that we are fully bonded with the Civil Aviation Authority and hold an Air Tour Operators’ License (ATOL 4817). This fully covers all holiday arrangements which begin in the UK. If your arrangements do not begin in the UK, you are protected by insurance which has been arranged by International Passenger Protection Limited and underwritten by Insurers who are members of the Association of British Insurers.
