Bhainsrorgarh Fort Hotel

Set high above the Chambal River, Bhainsrorgarh Fort has spectacular views over the surrounding farmland and villages. Built in 1742 and lived in by the family since then, care has been taken to maintain the original architecture and the five suites are decorated with traditional fabrics and furniture.

The owner Rajveer, the 9th generation of his family to live here, takes a keen interest in every guest and his wife's traditional Rajasthani home cooked food tastes especially good when eaten on the rooftop looking out over the wide river below. Having only recently opened its door to visitors, Bhainsrorgarh is a homely family-run place to stay and is a great example of a truly authentic Rajasthani Fort with one of the best locations around. The five rooms are very tastefully decorated with traditional furniture and most have a private balcony or sit out.
